Roxana Borcsa is an entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience, both owning a dental office and coaching business. With the help of the techniques gained through multiple courses which led to her being licensed as a Certified Professional Coach by the International Coaching Federation and with her vast knowledge of CBT, she successfully aids her clients in increasing their confidence, gaining clarity, overcoming obstacles, and aligning their goals with their values

David works with individuals, startup teams, companies and organisations, large or small, on their communication and innovation strategies. He runs workshops and creates programs for schools and universities around the world preparing young people for the future skills needed to deal with the rapidly changing world. In his former life in banking and broking in London he was at the forefront of innovative financial products; has hosted stand-up comedy in many countries, helped produce plays, films, documentaries, radio and a wide variety of live events.

Executive Agency for Higher Education, Research, Development and Innovation Funding (UEFISCDI)

With more than 10 years of experience in the development and implementation of innovation support policies and programs, Marius is currently part of the UEFISCDI team responsible for the elaboration and implementation of the national R&I strategy for 2021-2027. Throughout his time at UEFISCDI, he founded Innovation Café and Accelerate Romania (platform to foster networking among the different actors in the national innovation ecosystem), coordinated the elaboration of studies on the Romanian entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystems, and managed externally-funded projects on various topics related to R&I (e.g. policy acceleration, intellectual property, RRI, knowledge & tech transfer etc.).

Marius is co-founder of RIDESAFE Technology and mentor in the Commons Accel acceleration program. In the period 2016-2019, Marius co-managed Founder Institute - the largest pre-seed startup accelerator - in Bucharest. Since 2016, Marius has been an advisory board member at Innovation Labs Romania.

Marius has a PhD in engineering, is an alumnus of the U.S. Department of State's International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) on science, technology and entrepreneurship and also a beneficiary of the Eisenhower Fellowships’ 2023 Eastern Europe Program.

Denisa is part of Spherik Accelerator, Activize.tech, FreshBlood and Cluj Startups teams, through which they develop programs that offer support, resources, access to different events, networking and investment opportunities for startup founders. She is currently managing two acceleration programs for green startups, SynergistEIC and Urban Mobility Program, helping also healthtech startups connect with mentors and investors at Hubvantage Program. Denisa is also close to students and young entrepreneurs, as she developed a number of growth programs for them when she was the SASUBB President and she is eager to shere her connections and knowledge on management, operations, strategy building and sustainable practices for businesses.

Moreover, she used to do research in socio-anthropology with focus on the history of fashion and she also has work experience in this field (tailoring, embroidery, fashion design). Of course her interest is ethical fashion and innovative techniques and this passion for fashion and cultural heritage alongside her values led her to the will to help this industry through awareness and innovation at Dress4Good.
